I had a lovely time at this hotel, especially enjoying the thermal pools and stunning sea views. The staff was incredibly attentive and eager to help, making my stay feel special. However, the dining experience was quite disappointing, with food that lacked variety and excitement. The room I stayed in was small but had a great balcony, yet it felt a bit tired overall and could use some updates.

Our stay at the hotel started off with promise, but it quickly spiraled into disappointment. While the staff did make an effort to be helpful and welcoming, the room we were assigned felt more like a budget motel with little to no amenities. The location left much to be desired, and the dining experience could definitely use more variety. The facilities, especially the spa and pool areas, had potential but felt over-commercialized with added costs for basic access.
